Cancellation Policy
At LacedByJimm, we understand that life happens, and plans can change. However, to ensure we can accommodate all of our clients, we require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
If an appointment is canceled within 24 hours or if a no-show occurs, a 15% cancellation fee will be charged . This fee helps us manage our schedule and continue providing the best experience for all of our clients.
